Welcome Depot St. Pizza! The Elian brothers started Bibo's NY Pizza in San Jose in 2011. It was such a hit, they decided to bring their famous New York style pizzeria style to the Granary in Morgan Hill, opening Depot St. Pizza early 2022. “I was born in White Plains, NY, but I moved to San Jose as a young kid. So, to put it simply I'm a California guy who loves NY pizza. My love for NY doesn't end with pizza, I'm also a die-hard Knicks fan (and basketball fan in general). Basically, I went to Manhattan last summer for a visit and stopped by some of my favorite pizzerias. Unfortunately, when I got back to San Jose the pizza here just didn't cut it anymore. A year later my brother and I decided to open up Bibo's in the back of our father’s store. My father had been running Fairmart Market for over 25 years. My brother Bibo and I have always been disappointed with the lack of food choices next to the store. Since we both share a love for NY pizza, we decided to convert some storage space into a pizzeria! NY-style thin crust pizza. We offer a 20" pie or made to order slices. Our dough as well as our sauce is made fresh everyday with only the best ingredients. When it comes to the cheese, we don't skimp either. All our pizzas come with nearly 1lb of a very special mozzarella cheese. The mozzarella is a blend of buffalo milk and cow’s milk which will give your pizza a very unique and flavorful taste. If you are trying our pizza for the first time, I always recommend a plain cheese as your first pie, that way you can taste the quality that goes into our dough/sauce/cheese. A good pizza doesn't need toppings! ” Eleven years later in 2022, Eilan opened Depot St. Pizza at The Granary In Morgan Hill.
