The Granary is a leading edge Green Building
Committed to sustainability and to the community, WMA designed the first LEED certified school in California and has been an active member of the Morgan Hill community for 34 years. WMA acted as designer and developer in the renovation of The Granary, the 25th LEED Gold building in the world.
LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the most widely used green building rating system in the world.
